Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of DuoLang Navigation and its services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide bilingual navigation design solutions tailored for Philippine businesses serving both local and international audiences. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and service subscribers. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, obscene or offensive language, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platforms, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and passwords. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission. Users must not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity or security of our platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, graphics, text, and materials provided through our services are the exclusive intellectual property of our organization or our licensors. This includes bilingual navigation templates, design frameworks, Tagalog and English text handling systems, and language switcher implementations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal or business purposes related to implementing our solutions. You may not modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written authorization. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. We actively protect our intellectual property through legal means and will enforce our rights against infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We provide our services on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure accuracy and consistency in our bilingual navigation solutions and content alignment systems, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or suitable for your specific needs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Termination may occur if you engage in unlawful activity, abuse our services, or fail to comply with our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination. We may also terminate services for operational reasons, system maintenance, or changes in our business. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered. Any sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect after termination occurs.
